ARNHEM OPEN AIR MUSEUM EVENT ON SUNDAY 19 JUNE 2016

A flying visit was made to Holland for the Open Air Museum Transport event which proved to be a very nice day transport and weather wise.

CRICH ON SUNDAY 19 JUNE 2016 - Hazel Quarmby

There were six trams running on the 19 June when I took the attached photos.  131 was used for Conductor training and 167 for the Ultimate Tram Driving Experience.  It was also the Simca Club UK National Meeting 2016.

GREAT ORME TRAMWAY - JUNE 2016 - Frank Bagshaw

Frank Bagshaw has recently been to North Wales and took a ride on the Great Orme Tramway.
Here is car 5 departing from the lower terminus. Frank is old enough to have ridden on the Llandudno & Colwyn Bay Electric railway back in the 1950's - and he did!

SHEFFIELD ON MONDAY 13 JUNE 2016 - Martin Miller

Paid a periodic visit to Sheffield on Monday to see whether there was any further progress on the Rotherham link. If there was it was well hidden by fencing preventing getting anywhere near the link!
 
Nonetheless, it was good to ride on and video the Supertram. Three short videos of the area around Nunnery Square, Cathedral and Sheffield Station stops.
