MEMORY LANE - GLASGOW APRIL 1961 - Martin Miller

Having a sort out and found these dated 28th April 1961! An extensive tour on 1051 for the Long Eaton Grammar School Scientific Society I believe. The Dalmarnock fire contributed to the fact a Standard was provided. The group shot was on top of the horse car stored at Coplawhill Works

LEIPZIG MUSEUM - GERMANY AND POLAND TOUR 2018

Contact was made with the Museum to try and hire a car for a tour, but this was refused as their season finished on 30 September and they would not budge on that. However, they did agree to open the Museum for us and what a delight it was. Everyone fell in love with Vila Helga, a tram which had spent many years as a shed/chalet on someon's allotment and had been retrieved intact. It had been decided to keep the tram in 'as found' condition.

I loved this one with the plush seats and heater

Complete with bird box
Living Room
Toilet - plumbed in?
