CRICH 60th ANNIVERSARY ON SATURDAY 21 SEPTEMBER 2019

A few photos of the day which was gaed with beautiful sun. A busy day with 1700 visitors, putting a bit of s train on the organisation, but all went well.

At one stage the was a Doug Vernon Memorial Queue!

WEST MIDLANDS METRO EXTENSION UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2019 - Frank Bagshaw

Constructing the Centenary Square tram stop. This is due for completion by the end of the year.

Have West Midlands Metro got this bit wrong at the back of the town hall?  The track seems to be only 3’6” gauge!

This is as far as the new track goes until rebuilding work at Wolverhampton train station is complete

BASQUE TRAMWAYS SEPTEMBER 2019 - Frank Bagshaw


On a recent visit to the Pyrenees, Frank found himself viewing metre gauge trams operated by Euskotren Tranbia running in two cities - Bilbao (one route) and Vitoria (two routes).
