I am sure that if you were a full time paid employee you would have been treated much more fairly. It seems to me that volunteers are still not valued by the full time staff or the board. Had it not been for the efforts of volunteers like yourself and many more there would be no library for you to be banned from. They need to remember that. Good luck Richard
