Shunting

Yesterday morning Blackpool 40, Glasgow 812 and London Transport 1622 were towed to the workshop for commissioning. Glasgow 22 and Leeds 180 were driven under their own power from the workshop to Depot V.
Many years ago we used to check and grease all the overhead frogs at the beginning of each season and the trams promptly dewired. Glasgow 22 kept up the tradition, this time because it had a new trolley head.
