CRICH ELECTRIC 50 ON SATURDAY 13 SEPTEMBER 2014

A marvellous time was had by all, visitors, old members, new members etc.  Older members especially spent a lot of time greeting long lost friends and catching up, reminiscing which trams they had worked on/crewed on in the past.

Crowds at the Bridge waiting to greet the start of the procession

The  Rack with dignitaries on the front platform and crew to each side.  Richard was the conductor on the first electric tram journey, which was on the Rack. (the elusive photo of that event has not yet been found)

Newcastle 102 on the Depot front - nice to see it in the daylight.

Chesterfield 7 entering the depot yard

Newcastle 114 - on loan from Beamish Museum

The Happy Conductor
