New tower wagon

The new tower wagon was delivered whilst I was in Australia and is being fitted out with cupboards, tool racks etc in the workshop.

I am having a problem in uploading pictures at the moment but I think I have found a workround. Please let me know if any recent pictures are not displaying.
Thanks  Richard.

Stone workshop (1)

From what I could see the roof seems to be complete.
I assume that the 'bridge' between the two workshops will be behind the plywood.

Sheffield 513

Whilst we were in Australia it came as a complete surprise to read that 513 had moved to Lowestoft. http://www.eatm.org.uk/eatm_027.htm
This picture shows 513 when it was stored beside Keighly and Worth Valley Railway many years ago.Posted by Picasa

JJ

I was sorry to read of the death of 'JJ' Richards. I first met JJ in the summer of 1959 and he was a very regular attender at Crich until the mid-1960s. He was also a very keen photographer and this picture of him in action was in a collection of black and white pictures given to me by Jim Jordan.

Melbourne 674 at Whiteman Park, Perth

There are far more trams from Perth, Freemantle and Kalgoorlie at Whiteman Park than I realised. I will post some pictures in the next few days.Posted by Picasa
