BLACKPOOL HERITAGE SUNDAY 25 JUNE 2017 - Frank Bagshaw

 Last weekend Frank Bagshaw visited the Heritage trams and Model Tramway show at Rigby Road depot in Blackpool. There were many interesting models and it was a good opportunity to meet up with people with tramway interests.

Because of Frank's interest in Hong Kong trams, his favourite model was this one of an HK terminus complete with party tram - the one he celebrated his birthday on last year!

Whilst driving near Nottingham yesterday, Frank called at Clifton Estate to see trams in service. here is one of the original trams - Incentro 209 in advertising livery having just crossed Fairham Brook and entering Clifton Estate bound for Clifton South.

Two Sheffield trams receiving attention in the workshop at Crich: 510 with an electrical problem and 74 receiving attention to address the winter mould, this car is expected back in traffic around the end of July.

SHEFFIELD TRAM TRAIN 12 JUNE 2017 - Franki Bagshaw

Frank Bagshaw has been out and about this month. Yesterday he was in Sheffield with Martin Miller looking for signs of the new tram-trains on test. Here is 399 205 leaving Middlewood terminus and two trams 120 and 121 at the Fitzalan Square stop.

A trip to Liverpool and over the Mersey to Birkenhead found Liverpool 245 in service and Birkenhead 20 on a private hire.
