A weekend trip to see the lake steamers in Lucerne and Interlaken started in Basel near the Hbf.

SHEFFIELD SUPERTRAM TRACK REPLCEMENT ON 23 AUGUST 2019 - Frank Bagsaw

Recent track replacement on Holme Lane and towards Middlewood has meant trams on both the blue and yellow routes reversing short at Hillsborough Corner. Tram 117 waits departure from Hillsborough - wrong line prior to setting off for Meadowhall.

Tram train 399 202 leaves the Meadowhall line at Meadowhall South and takes to route to Rotherham Parkgate.

Tram 112 departs for Halfway, using the Hillsborough crossover.

CRICH & SHEFFIELD 510 ON 13 AUGUST 2019 - Frank Bagshaw

Whilst conducting on 510 recently, Frank Bagshaw found TEMPLEBOROUGH on the side destination blinds. The Roberts cars never ran to this destination as it was discontinued before they were built. However 501 did go there on an enthusiasts tour around 1948.

Following in the footsteps of Frank Bagshaw, I visited the works at The Forest and the turn backs at Old Market Square sampling the tram replacement bus service in between. The first video is of the Old Market Square and the photos are at The Forest.

NOTTINGHAM EXPRESS TRANSIT 10 AUGUST 2019 - Frank Bagshaw

Citadis 237 reverses on the Old Market square crossover before returning to Toton Lane.

NET are relaying track between the Forest and High School so there are no tram services between Forest and Old Market Square.  A tram replacement bus service is operating between the two stops.

Here is refurbished Incentro 203 in a new Citadis matching livery leaving the rarely used centre track at Forest bound for Phoenix Park.

WEST MIDLANDS METRO 7 AUGUST 2019 - Martin Miller

Had another brief look at Birmingham yesterday and travelled on a "blue one" from Hawthorns to Grand Central. A selection of over the fence photos will be sent. A new sign has appeared!
