1. Chief Driving Instructor, Ian Rigg and the Deputy Lord Mayor of Cardiff, Councillor Keith Hyde who incidentally was born in Manchester and was evacuated to Matlock during WW II. 2. TMS President, Richard Clarke, HRH The Duke of Gloucester, Ian Rigg and Keith Hyde. 3. Both the Deputy Lord Mayor and His Royal Highness made short and witty speeches which were well received by the guests. 4. Some of the guests including Journal Editor, David Smith and Vice-President, Geoffrey Claydon.
